At Cricket Point Indoor Cricket Nets facility, we strive to provide you with state-of-the-art cricket facilities and coaching services to enhance your cricketing experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your bookings, but we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds or returns are necessary. Please review our policy below:

Cancellation and Changes:

  • To cancel a lane booking or make changes, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled booking time.
  • If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking within the 24-hour window or if you cannot attend due to any reason, the charges for the booking will still apply. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Block Bookings:

  • For block bookings, any changes made after the initial booking will require additional payment. Once a block booking is made, changes cannot be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be provided in cases where Cricket Point Indoor Cricket Nets facility is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation.

Returns:

  • We do not offer returns for coaching services or facility bookings. However, if you have any concerns or issues regarding your experience, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to address them promptly.
